This is our own complete StumpFAB 7.5cc/11cc size Propshaft assembly. This will fit the K&B (7.5/11/13.cc) lower units, Lawless 7.5/11 lower units, and 7.5/11 Hyperformance Products lowers.
This is the complete assembly, made from proprietary bushing material specific for this application. These propshafts REQUIRE positive lubrication from an oiler system. The propshaft needs oil running to it the entire time it’s being used. The bushing material will “break-in” after a few runs and will have a slight amount of play between the bushing and shaft. This is normal, and allows clearance for the oil to run between the bushing and shaft.
We have been testing these assemblies for over a year now and have had great success with reliability and performance.
These assemblies last FAR longer than the K&B/meccoa version.
The shaft and drive dog are both made of a high quality Stainless Steel Alloy. Assemblies come with a Delrin thrust washer, and Zuber locking nut. These bushing are LEFT HAND threads.
**** Do NOT over tighten the prop nut. They only need to be snug against the prop hub****
**** You MUST run an oiler system (we sell our own version if needed) of some sort with these propshafts to have longevity****
